Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest in the inaugural San Diego Anime Con! Vendor Booth Spaces 2024 INTEREST LIST REGISTRATION IS NOW WAITLIST ONLY! The very first San Diego Anime Con will be taking place on Friday, November 15, Saturday, November 16, and Sunday, November 17, 2024, at the Legacy Hotel in San Diego.

San Diego Anime Con booths will be 8 feet x 10 feet and include one table and two chairs to all vendors.  Vendors will be placed indoor. There is very limited space, so we will be limiting the number of total vendors.

The vendor booth INTEREST LIST is NOW WAITLIST ONLY! The standard booths included one 6 feet table and two chairs in an 10 feet x 8 feet space for $450, as well as two 3-day passes. Vendors needing a double space will pay $900. Vendors may also choose the DELUXE Vendor option, which allows you to choose your space, among other benefits.

General rules and regulations for San Diego Anime Con Vendors
  • Interest list will close on August 1. Chosen vendors will be alerted on August 15, 2024. Vendor and artist information will be sent mid November 2024. 
  • Any request for refunds prior to November 1st will be 50% of total fees paid. There are no full refunds after November 1st, unless event is cancelled.
  • The San Diego Anime Con (SDAC) committee reserves the right to change or substitute vendor/artist layout and to limit vendors of similar items.
  • Vendor/artist indemnifies and agrees to hold the SDAC committee, Silk Road Productions, and the Legacy Hotel, any associated agencies affiliated with the convention and their members, officers, directors, and employees, harmless against any and all liability whatsoever arising from any claim made against SDAC or loss incurred by vendor/artist as a result of or in any way arising from, relating to, or connected with the obligations identified within Agreement including loss or liability caused by active negligence, except loss or liability caused by sole negligence or willful conduct. This shall survive any termination of this rental agreement.
  • Vendor/artist understands that they may be photographed or video recorded and you agree to allow photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the organizers.
  • STANDARD Vendor Booths include the 8 feet x 10 feet booth space, a 6 feet table, 2 chairs, and two 3-day badges
  • DELUXE Vendor Booths includes the 8 feet x 10 feet booth space, a 6 feet table, 2 chairs, YOUR CHOICE of available spaces (in a first-come first-serve basis), hotel WiFi, highlighted name in the program book to stand out, and four 3-day badges/passes.

Vendor Booth – Deluxe Booth – $550

Exhibitor/Vendor Booth for all three days – 8 feet x 10 feet booth space, one 6 feet table, two chairs, four 3-day passes to SDAC, hotel Wi-Fi access, and your choice of available spaces (first come, first served basis)
